I'm Jenni McCarty
After living for 15 years with an autoimmune disease, and being gluten free for five of those years, (because it made me feel horrible) I stumbled upon sourdough and the absolutely amazing differences between it, and store bought bread.
Once I realized I could eat sourdough with none of the symptoms that store bought bread gave me, I became obsessed with understanding why there was such a difference. What I found was surprising, but also eye opening, making me realize how important it was to get store bought bread off of our grocery list for good!
